    Shipping Information

    We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

    How long it takes

    Most orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after you order.

    • Items without personalization usually ship within 1 business day.
    • Personalized and engraved items are made to order, usually ship within 1 to 4 business days and tend to arrive toward the later end of that range.
    • Expedited Shipping orders usually arrive 3 to 5 business days after you order.

    Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays. Orders with items from more than one of our workshops may arrive in separate packages.

    Shipping costs

    • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders over $75. $8.99 on orders up to $40. $9.99 on orders from $40.01 to $75.
    • Expedited Shipping: $29.99.

    Tracking

    We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Most orders travel by UPS or USPS.

    Personalization

    We personalize every item exactly as you type it, so please double-check names, numbers and dates before you check out.

    Damaged or wrong item

    If anything arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, email support@batterboxsports.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
